Capchem Shines at International Battery Event with One-Stop Solution

From October 6th to 9th (local time), The Battery Show North America, the largest and most comprehensive advanced battery technology event in North America, was grandly held at the Huntington Place Convention Center in Detroit, USA. As a world-leading supplier of lithium-ion battery electrolytes, supercapacitor electrolytes and related materials, Capchem made a stunning appearance at Booth 6235, fully demonstrating cutting-edge technologies and a full-range product portfolio of battery chemicals. Its innovative capabilities and technological achievements attracted numerous global visitors to stop and communicate.

At this exhibition, Capchem focused on the technological development direction of "high safety, high quality and sustainability" for next-generation batteries as well as core market pain points, and made a debut with core products and solutions, such as secondary lithium-ion battery electrolytes, primary lithium-ion battery electrolytes and supercapacitor electrolytes, but also covered key categories including emerging electrolytes and auxiliary materials, lithium salts, solvents and additives, fully meeting the core needs of battery materials. With a number of innovative achievements, Capchem jointly explored the "advancement path" of battery materials with exhibition guests and visiting customers.

As the global commercialization process of all-solid-state batteries accelerates, Capchem has laid out its future with a forward-looking vision and actively seized market opportunities. The all-solid-state battery solution launched to address industry pain points has also attracted widespread attention.

Currently, Capchem is accelerating the promotion of global production capacity layout for lithium-ion battery electrolytes and key materials at home and abroad, with such products as the core. In North America, to meet the market demand for lithium-ion battery electrolytes and other chemicals, promote the localization of local supply chains, and deepen cooperation with long-term strategic customers, Capchem has invested no more than 120 million US dollars to build a battery chemical production base in Ohio, USA, which is expected to start production in 2027; the preliminary work of the Louisiana project is also advancing steadily. Looking at Europe, Capchem's Poland plant has become a key support for its in-depth development in the local market; the No.1 Plant of Novolyte Technology (Malaysia) has also successfully achieved order delivery, becoming the first plant among Chinese electrolyte manufacturers to realize order delivery in Southeast Asia.

From the initial construction to the stable operation of international projects, Capchem has demonstrated strong local support capabilities throughout the whole process. The company focuses on three core directions: R&D of customized electrolyte products, R&D of advanced battery system products and R&D of new functional materials, and further integrates the whole process of "raw material management - product R&D - product production - product delivery" to create a "one-stop" solution tailored for overseas customers. Through the whole-chain collaboration, this model significantly improves service efficiency and demand matching accuracy, providing more stable and efficient cooperation experience for customers in North America and global markets.

Through this exhibition, Capchem not only demonstrated its own technological strength and innovative achievements, but also further strengthened its connections and cooperation with the global battery industry. Looking ahead, Capchem will continue to focus on market and customer needs, take technological innovation as its core, rely on industrial chain integration as support, be guided by global layout, take customized services as a key, and take independent patents and ESG as important guarantees to work hand in hand with global customers to create a better future.
