Capchem Showcases One-Stop Battery Solutions and Global Expansion Strategy at The Battery Show North America 2025

DETROIT, Mich. Capchem, a global supplier of lithium-ion battery electrolytes, supercapacitor electrolytes,  and  related  materials,  participated  in  The  Battery  Show  North  America  2025,  from October 6-9 at Huntington Place Convention Center in Detroit. The company highlighted its latest technologies supporting the development of safer, high-quality, and more sustainable battery systems, alongside updates on its ongoing global expansion initiatives.

Capchem presented a full range of battery chemical solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of the  electric  vehicle  and  energy   storage  industries.  The  exhibit  featured   secondary  and  primary  lithium-ion battery electrolytes, supercapacitor electrolytes, and new electrolyte systems, as well as key materials such as lithium salts, solvents, and additives. Company representatives engaged with visitors, researchers,  and  partners  to  discuss  product  performance,  supply  chain  collaboration,  and  shared development goals.

Capchem emphasized its commitment to advancing next-generation energy storage through continued research in electrolyte chemistry and material innovation. The company is focusing on improving safety, extending battery lifespan, and enhancing manufacturing reliability to help customers achieve higher performance standards.

As global development of all-solid-state batteries accelerates, Capchem is investing in materials and formulations that can  support the transition to these technologies. At the exhibition, the company introduced   its   latest   solid-state   electrolyte   solutions,   which   were   developed   to   address   both performance consistency and safety requirements in emerging applications.

Capchem is also expanding its international production network to strengthen local supply capabilities and improve customer support. In North America, the company is constructing a new battery chemical production  base  in  Ohio,  which  is  scheduled  to  begin  operations  in  2027.  Preparations  are  also underway for a carbonate solvent project in Louisiana, further enhancing Capchems regional presence. In Europe, its plant in Poland has become an important center for serving local markets, while in Asia, Capchems  facility in Malaysia has begun fulfilling customer orders, marking the companys  first successful delivery capability in Southeast Asia.
