These efforts have standardized the corporate governance, provided institutional safeguards for the protection of the rights and interests of the stakeholders, as well as the basis for corporate sustainability.
The Company, in accordance with the latest requirements of relevant laws and regulations, formulated and revised seven corporate governance systems in 2023, including the Articles of Association, the Allowance Management System for Directors and Supervisors, the Trading Management System for Financial Derivatives, the Futures Hedging Business Management Systems, the Appointment Systems for Accounting Firms, the Work Systems for Independent Directors, and the Work Rules for Strategy Committee of the Board of Directors. These efforts further clarify the responsibilities and obligations of relevant parties, thus safeguarding the legal rights and interests of both the Company and its shareholders.
