4.1 Capchem establishes a perfect supply chain management system, strictly controls the professional qualification and supply ability of suppliers, and establishes an information system to manage the material flow, product flow, information flow and capital flow, so as to reduce the supply chain risk while reducing cost and increasing efficiency;
