Electrolytes for Secondary Lithium-Ion Batteries

Electrolytes for secondary lithium-ion batteries is used for secondary lithium batteries that can be repeatedly charged and discharged. Depending on the formulation composition, secondary lithium electrolyte can be used in: new energy vehicles, electrochemical energy storage, 3C digital devices, electric power tools and electric light vehicles, among others.

With the continuous development of the industry, downstream customers have increasingly higher requirements for secondary lithium electrolytes, including superior electrolyte retention, long cycle, balanced high-and-low temperature performance and fast charging performance of electrolytes for 3C digital devices. For power batteries, there is a stronger need for ultra-long service life, superior performance at both high and low temperatures and high level of safety, among others. From the perspective of mechanism, Capchem has developed a range of proprietary additives and electrolyte formulation solutions to address these issues.

Electrolyte for High-nickel NCM/Graphite Battery

This series of electrolytes is suitable for: 4.2V, 4.35V, 4.4V, 4.45V and 4.48-4.5V prismatic batteries or pouch cells. Typical models: LBC450A23, LBC448A17, etc.

Electrolyte for High-nickel NCM/SiOx@C Battery

This series of electrolytes is suitable for ≤ 4.35V lithium cobalt/graphite prismatic batteries , pouch cells or cylindrical batteries.

Electrolyte for High-voltage NCM/Graphite Battery

This series of electrolytes is suitable for 4.2V cylindrical batteries with ternary/NCA anodes and graphite/silicon-carbon cathodes.

Electrolyte for High-voltage NCM/SiOx@C Battery

This series of electrolytes is suitable for lithium iron phosphate/graphite pouch cells or prismatic/cylindrical batteries.
