2026 marks a significant milestone for Capchem as it celebrates its 30th anniversary. From its humble beginnings in Shajing, Bao'an, Shenzhen in 1996 to its current global footprint, Capchem has remained steadfast in its globalization strategy, charting a trajectory of four transformative upgrades: "Product Export – Service Proximity – First Overseas Base – Global Deepening." Standing at this landmark moment of "thirty and thriving," long-term overseas customers have successively extended their sincere congratulations through tangible gestures, honoring Capchem's three decades of dedication and growth, and jointly embarking on a new chapter of continued partnership.
On June 24, a delegation of senior executives from Toyota Tsusho Corporation ("Toyota Tsusho") visited Capchem. Mr. Iyoda, General Manager of Toyota Tsusho (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., personally presented a specially-commissioned 30th anniversary commemorative plate. Featuring an orange-red phoenix in full flight against a gold-rimmed frame, the plate conveys the auspicious message of "prosperity and soaring success." The partnership between Capchem and Toyota Tsusho spans over 20 years, evolving from the initial procurement of Asahi Kasei's adipic acid to the joint establishment of Hunan Fluopont. Through years of close collaboration, the two parties have built a solid foundation of mutual trust.

On July 1, the LG Energy Solution ("LGES") team made a special visit to Capchem, presenting a 30th anniversary appreciation plaque and concurrently awarding a 10-year cooperation commemorative medal, in recognition of the strategic mutual trust and outstanding achievements established through more than a decade of in-depth collaboration. The partnership between Capchem and LGES spans over 12 years. From the initial supply of a single electrolyte product category to today's comprehensive synergy across multiple product lines—including power batteries, energy storage batteries, and small batteries—the two parties have forged deep bonds through successive product iterations and technical alignment. In 2024, Capchem was named LGES's "2024 Best Partner"—one of the highest recognitions bestowed by LGES upon outstanding partners within its global supplier system.

Mr. Ed Munevar, Vice President of Global Sourcing at Maxwell (USA), has sent his birthday wishes to Capchem on its 30th anniversary. Maxwell is a global leader in supercapacitors. Its business relationship with Capchem dates back to the early 2000s, when Maxwell placed its very first purchase order for supercapacitor electrolytes from Capchem—a partnership that has now endured for over 20 years. Over this time, Ed has witnessed Capchem's remarkable growth from a rising player into a dominant global force in both capacitor chemicals and lithium-ion battery chemicals. With the surging wave of global AIDC (Artificial Intelligence Data Center) infrastructure development, the collaboration between Capchem and Maxwell has grown even closer. In the decade ahead, this partnership is poised to achieve even greater brilliance.

From "Product Export" to "Industrial Rooting" – Capchem's Path to Globalization
Customer recognition represents the "soft recognition" of Capchem's global standing, while its overseas bases stand as the most direct manifestation of the company's "hard power" expansion over the past three decades. From the initial export of electrolyte products to the localized rooting of supply chains across three continents, Capchem has forged a distinctive path to globalization.
From 1996 to 2012, Capchem was in the phase of "Product Export," with products primarily shipped to Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia. From 2013 to 2022, Capchem established branch offices in Japan, South Korea, Europe, and the United States, and set up overseas warehousing centers to provide "service proximity" to its customers. From the completion of its "First Overseas Base" – the Poland plant – in 2023 to the present, Capchem has entered a phase of "Global Deepening," successively launching the construction of plants in North America and Malaysia, expanding the Poland facility, and initiating the Middle East solvent project. The company has built an integrated R&D-production-sales-service network spanning Europe (Poland), the Americas (under construction), and Asia (China, South Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore).

Three decades of dedication through wind and rain—Capchem extends its heartfelt gratitude to every partner for their trust and companionship along the journey. Looking ahead, Capchem will continue to ground itself in quality as its foundation, compliance as its bottom line, and local symbiosis as its path forward. Together with global partners, we will further deepen collaboration across technology co-development, market co-expansion, and ESG co-construction, pursuing shared growth as we embark on the next thirty-year journey together.
