Capchem Poland and a battery subsidiary of a German vehicle manufacturer signed the "Nomination Agreement"

Recently, Capchem Poland, a holding subsidiary of Shenzhen Capchem Technology Co., Ltd., and a battery subsidiary of a German vehicle manufacturer (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") signed the "Nomination Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "this Agreement"). According to this Agreement, Capchem Poland became the designated electrolyte supplier for the customer's first power project. The two parties agreed that Capchem Poland will supply lithium-ion battery electrolyte products to the customer from 2025 to 2034, and will be able to quickly and directly deliver products in batch to customers. The lithium-ion battery electrolyte products are the company's patented products and use the company's self-developed additive formula.

In anticipation of the smooth execution of this agreement, it is expected to positively influence the company's future annual operating results, with an estimated cumulative revenue of over 1.1 billion euros from 2025 to 2034, providing itself with a stable source of demand and helping Capchem become an important link in the European new energy industry chain.

Poland Capchem Production Base

Policy changes in the European market are driving China's lithium battery industry chain to meet higher standards in various fields such as systems, low carbon, and ESG. In September, Poland Capchem has achieved IATF16949 LOC and ISO9001 Certification. So far, Poland Capchem has successfully obtained product and process approvals from several prestigious customers, including LG, Samsung SDI, Northvolt and Ultium Cells. At the same time, Poland Capchem actively carries out carbon reduction surveys to promote green development.

Capchem places great value on going global for sustainable development. Capchem has been committing to providing global customers with high-quality products and services. The execution of this Agreement proves the customer’s recognition of Capchem’s R&D level, product quality and overall strength, and also becomes an entry point for Capchem to build a long-term strategic partnership with its customers in the future, helping both parties move forward together, establishing a regional and sustainable battery supply chain, consolidating competitive advantages of Capchem in the international market, and jointly pushing ahead with transformation towards electrification and early realization of goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.

Customer On-site Audit

Capchem made an investment no more than USD120 million before and built a battery chemicals production base in the United States, which is one of the important initiatives for Capchem to implement its overseas strategic layout. With years of great efforts in the international market, Capchem has accumulated rich market resources and operational experience, and guaranteed the delivery through 9 production bases around the world up to now.

In the future, relying on the integration of the global industrial chain, Capchem will build sophisticated products, technologies and international teams, step up great efforts to promote technological innovation, give full play to its “resilience” of going global, and join hands with the global industrial chain partners to create infinite possibilities and sustainability in the tide of new energy, so as to create a better future with electronic chemicals and functional materials.
