(Summary description)Mr. QIN Jiusan was born in 1967. He is a Chinese national and has no permanent residence overseas. He graduated from the Chemical Engineering Program of the Chemical Engineering Department of Xiangtan University in 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in engineering. He has served as a researcher at the Zhuzhou Chemical Research Institute of Hunan Province, Manager of the Import and Export Department of Shenzhen Branch of Hunan Provincial Petrochemical Trading Co., Ltd., General Manager of Shenzhen Capchem Co., Ltd. and Director and General Manager of Shenzhen Capchem Chemicals Co., Ltd. He concurrently serves as a member of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference Pingshan District Committee and Vice President of the Shenzhen Chamber of Commerce. He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Manager of the Company since April 2008 and has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since March 2010.
