On March 6, 2021, the Capchem Annual Work Plan Meeting 2021 was solemnly held in the Capchem Plaza. The meeting was attended by over 150 colleagues from the management of all departments of the headquarters and 11 subsidiaries.

The attendees summarized corporate operation and management in 2020, analyzed the current situation and released the strategic plan for the next five years. As an important agenda, the goals and tasks of the company in 2021 were announced at the meeting. Finally, honors and rewards were granted to outstanding projects and teams.

QIN Jiusan, Chairman of the Board of Capchem, officially released the 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, and gave a presentation entitled “Maintain Sustainable Growth to Embrace a Bright Future”. Chairman Qin gave a detailed analysis of the opportunities and challenges facing the company and outlined the development blueprint for the next five years.

ZHOU Dawen, President of Capchem, put forward six key tasks for the year 2021 according to the company’s strategic plan, namely:

1) Define strategic goals and implement organizational responsibilities

2) Enhance market awareness and strengthen problem-solving ability

3) Rationalize the innovation mechanism and make breakthroughs in key products

4) Improve distribution of production capacity and carry out key projects

5) Reduce comprehensive costs and improve operating performance

6) Establish a robust QEHS system and build the corporate culture and brand

Finally, the signing ceremony for the commitment letter of targets was held, and outstanding projects and teams in 2020 were commended.

The year 2021 is the opening year of the sixth five-year plan of Capchem. The company has set the direction and development goals.
