Join hands to overcome the difficulties
Dear Capchem partners:
At the beginning of this year, we experienced COVID-19 outbreak in China, and have gone through months of trials that are hard to be forgotten. The outbreak is now contained in China, however, we are concerned about the influence of this pandemic all over the world, especially well-being and health of our customers, employees and business partners.
In Capchem, at the early stage of the outbreak, we organized an epidemic emergency response group led by top executives. We have followed guidance of China CDC and local community. We prepared detailed epidemic prevention and control plans. We also provided work guidelines, detailed trainings, and pandemic supplies, to protect all employees from the virus (including our colleagues who work overseas). At the same time, on the premise of ensuring the health and safety of our employees, we are doing our best to ensure business continuity of our company, especially timely delivery to customers. In early February, Capchem facilities gradually resumed production and operation. Many of our colleagues began to work from home through online collaboration software during the serious outbreak. We have been communicating with our customers and suppliers, preparing solutions, and striving to ensure continuous supply of raw materials and stability of prices. When logistic transportation was not fully restored, our logistic department and our partners made every effort to ensure the timely reception and delivery of goods, which guaranteed on-time production and delivery of customers’ purchase orders. Currently, the pandemic has not caused substantial adverse impact on our global supply chain and logistics. To deal with major influences of the pandemic, we will continue to monitor changes in our supply chain and customer needs. We will also keep close touch with our customers and suppliers through conference call, email, etc. We attach great importance and focus to our business cooperation, and if there is any unforeseen impact, please contact us.
Although this pandemic has not been effectively controlled globally, and it is difficult to estimate its impact on global economy. However, we are prepared for a long war with coronavirus. We will pay close attention to the outbreak and changes in the economic environment, so that we can make quick response and provide stable and high-quality supply to our customers. We continue to join hands with our partners and all employees to overcome difficulties.
We sincerely wish you and your family good health and safety, and let’s keep in touch. We hope that when we meet again in the near future, we can take off our masks, shake hands, and start a new journey of our cooperation.
